The Timeline chart illustrates the chronology of coins in my collection. The minting date of the coin is represented along the X axis. The coins minted earliest are at the top and to the left, as you go down the chart the coin dates will move to the right, representing earlier dates.
The bars for each coin show the uncertainty about the minting dates. Some coins can only be dated to within a 100-year period, others within a few years. A few, particularly Roman coins, can be dated to a specific year.
